What is the average cost of a custom t-shirt? Pricing is project-specific and depends on a few variables:

  • The type and color of the garment.
  • The number of colors in your design (for screen printing).
  • The total quantity of items in the order.
  • The decoration method (Screen Printing, Embroidery, or DTF).

Do you offer bulk discounts? Yes! We offer price breaks approximately every 12 units. The more you order, the lower your price per piece becomes.

Can I see a preview before my order is printed? Absolutely. We utilize advanced YoPrint management software to provide a detailed digital mockup and job sheet for every order. We don’t hit the press or drop a stitch until you have reviewed and digitally approved the final design layout.

Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs)? Yes, we frequently work with schools and universities. We just require a new customer credit form to be filled out and kept on file.

Can I mix and match different garment styles in the same order? Yes! As long as the exact same design and ink colors are being printed across all items, you can mix t-shirts, hoodies, and long sleeves within your bulk run to help hit your quantity price breaks.

Production & Turnaround

What is your current turnaround time? Our standard turnaround is currently 7 to 10 business days from the time of art approval and payment. If you have a specific “in-hand” date for an event, please let us know so we can accommodate you.

What if I need my custom shirts fast? If you have a tight deadline or a sudden event, please reach out directly! Depending on our press schedule, we offer rush options, or we can look at utilizing our multi-color direct-to-film transfers to speed up processing times. For hyper-speed turnaround times specifically for headwear, you can also design and order directly through our dedicated hat division at CapsFast.com.

Can I bring in my own garments for you to decorate? To guarantee the absolute highest print and stitch quality, we strongly prefer sourcing garments directly through our verified commercial catalogs (like SanMar and S&S Activewear). This ensures the fabrics are explicitly rated for industrial dryer temperatures and commercial thread tensions. If you have a specialized contract request, contact us first to review the material blend.

Artwork & Custom Logos

What file formats do you need for my logo? Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or vector PDFs) with fonts converted to outlines are the gold standard. For direct-to-film digital transfers, we also accept clean, high-resolution .PNG files (300 DPI) with a transparent background.

What if I only have a low-res graphic or a basic idea? Don’t stress! We specialize in clean, high-impact branding. If your logo is a little blurry or needs to be converted into a bold, clean vector style optimized for dark garments, our design team will guide you through getting the files production-ready.
