Artwork & Color Guide
To ensure your custom gear looks exactly how you imagined, please follow these simple guidelines for your files and colors.
Preferred File Formats
- Vector (Best for All Jobs):
.AI,.EPS,.PDF, or.SVG.- Why? These files can be scaled to any size without losing quality. Please ensure all fonts are converted to outlines.
- Raster (Best for DTF & POD):
.PNGor.TIFF.- Why? High-resolution images work great for multi-color designs. Files must be 300 DPI or higher with a transparent background.
How We Match Colors
We take pride in getting your colors right, though the process varies by printing method:
- Screen Printing: We can provide Pantone (PMS) matching to ensure your brand colors are spot-on across every shirt in the run.
- DTF & Digital Printing: These use a CMYK process. While we can’t perfectly “match” a Pantone ink, our equipment is calibrated to get as close as digitally possible.
- The “Screen vs. Shirt” Factor: Remember that every computer monitor displays color differently. We always recommend viewing your digital proof on a high-brightness screen, but keep in mind that ink on fabric may vary slightly from pixels on a screen.
Pro Tip: If you aren’t sure if your file is “print-ready,” upload it anyway! Our team reviews every design and will reach out if we need a higher-quality version before we hit the press.
